EXIBITIONS <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since 1998, I have been working as a photographer and visual artist.
My works have been presented in three solo exhibitions (two of them international) and in numerous collective exhibitions, among the most notable being \u201cL\u2019Europa delle immagini \/ Europe in Images\u201d in Rome and the interactive exhibition \u201cBulgaria is \u2026\u201d in Sofia.
Over the years, I have expanded my creative work beyond photography, exploring video and contemporary art, with participations in festivals such as Transformer and 042 FEST , among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2000\u20132007 \u2013 Participation in eight group exhibitions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2006 \u2013 Nominated at Photo of the Year \u2013 Bulgaria 2006<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2006 \u2013 Awarded Photojournalist of the Year by the Union of Bulgarian Journalists<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2007 \u2013 Launch of the Traditions project, supported by the State Cultural Institute; solo exhibition at Akademia Gallery, Sofia.
The collection later became part of the Travelling Exhibitions initiative and represented Bulgaria in over 30 cities across Europe, Asia, America and Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2008 \u2013 Participation in Europe in Images exhibition, Gispoteca del Vittoriano, Rome<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2008 \u2013 Publication of Traditions photo album \u2013 over 150 photographs with bilingual text (BG\/EN)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2012 \u2013 Participation in the Transformer International Festival of Contemporary Art, Thessaloniki (film \u201cNew Harvest\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2013 \u2013 International exhibition ORTHODOX \u2013 The Story of the Life and Spirit of Aton, with the support of the State Cultural Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2013 \u2013 Participation in the 042 FEST International Festival of Digital Art, Stara Zag<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cTraditions\u201d project represents a visual narrative of Bulgarian folk customs, photographed in their authentic environment and accompanied by a scientifically reviewed text in Bulgarian and English.
This documentary project is the result of five years of fieldwork and was carried out with the support of the State Cultural Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After its presentation in Sofia, the collection became part of the \u201cTravelling Exhibitions\u201d project and represented Bulgaria during the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue.
The photographs were exhibited in more than 30 cities across Europe, America, Asia and Africa.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cTraditions\u201d photo album is a deluxe bilingual edition, featuring over 150 photographs with text in Bulgarian and English.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
